It has been another long week of work for me and Trevor. As much as we have enjoyed this summer, the Law School future is so close that we can't stand to wait any longer! We are both SO excited to start our new lives in Virginia. We are ready to have all of our stuff set up in our new apartment. We want to be settled and ready for the upcoming year already! It is killing us to have to wait.
We scheduled our flights back to Utah to see our families and get our stuff moved to VA. We fly out of Newport on August 11th to Vegas, where the Larkin crew will pick us up! After spending a few days in Saint George, it is off to Provo to visit the Vincents and load our stuff up in the ABF truck. Trevor will fly out that Saturday, the 16th. He has his first day of law school orientation on the 18th so he has to be back in VA early! I, on the other hand, will be staying in Saint George until the 26th! Trevor has planned this for me and my family because we haven't seen them since March and won't be seeing them until after Christmas this year, so any extra time I can spend with them is very valuable to all of us. Such a sweet husband to let me stay and enjoy my family. He wishes he could stay longer too, but law school awaits!
Some of you might be wondering, yes, this does effect our first anniversary together. We technically won't be together on the day of our anniversary BUT we do plan on celebrating before AND after, when we are together. It will be AWESOME. I can't believe we have been married for almost a year now! I am SO blessed to have him in my life. It really boils down to the little things: the little notes he leaves me on our bed every morning, his willingness to help out with laundry after a long day of selling, the way his hand searches for mine when he is asleep (he holds my hand when he sleeps, every night haha), his funny dance moves and songs he makes up just so he can hear my laugh. Marriage is amazing folks. I totally recommend it.
Lots of events happening in the near future! I will update as they come!
That's all for now!

July 14
So we had a pretty fun weekend! On Saturday, after Trevor finished his work day, we went out with Braden and Jamie to Joe's Crab Shack! I have always wanted to go there ever since my friend from Georgia, Ariel, told me it was the best place to eat seafood! Everyone got a crab pot, except for me. I opted out of it this time around, but maybe next time! I had a shrimp platter, and it was delicious! We took some pics, but I am going to have to post them tomorrow because I don't have the time or patience to put them up at the moment haha. After dinner, we went and saw Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. It actually wasn't a bad movie, though seeing apes ride horses is as unnatural of a sight as it sounds....hahaha. We had so much fun joking around and laughing our heads off. Saturdays with the boys are the BEST.
Sunday Trev and I went to 1 o'clock church (again). We originally started off going to the 9 o'clock ward, but we slept in one time and now we can't go back! The work week is so tiring for him that I just let him sleep in now haha. Sacrament meeting was wonderful. I always feel peaceful at church. And it is ten times better going to church with a husband, especially with my STUD. Holy cow. I love it when he wears church clothes :) anyway, we love going to church every week. We haven't missed a Sunday since we started dating, unless we were traveling. Getting to take time out of the week to worship is amazing. The gospel is wonderful folks. I am so grateful that I have it in my life, and that I am able to share the blessings of the gospel with my husband :)
After church, we watched the World Cup match with the DiCristofanos, and Germany won. We were rooting for Argentina buuuuuuut....next time maybe? Lol. Then trevor and I came home and played video games together. We love our Sundays because we get to spiritually boost ourselves for the week, and simultaneously rest our bodies from the week's long work days. I truly wish the weekends were a day longer!
That's all for now! Until next time,

July 12
Why the title of my blog, you ask?? Because my amazing husband, Trevor, has been accepted to William and Mary Law School in Williamsburg Virginia! He plans to study Corporate Law and possibly International Law as well. We are moving to Williamsburg August 9th, so less than a month away! We are very excited to start this new chapter in our lives together. We hear that the first year of law school will be a tough experience, but we know we will have an enjoyable time nonetheless. :)
July 12
Here I am again! Back in the world of blogging! I started (kind of) a blog after my freshman year of college, but I never stuck with it. Sooo here is a brand new blog! Now that my husband and I are going to be across the country from our families for the next few years, I think we will (hopefully) be motivated to keep up with blogging this time. Crossing my fingers!
This blog is going to be about me and my handsome hubby. We got married on August 17th, 2013. We are coming up on our anniversary here pretty soon, and let me just say this (almost) year with him has been the best time of my life! Seriously, if you are in the position to get married and are thinking about it, you totally should. Constantly having someone who endlessly loves and supports you no matter what is such a wonderful blessing. :)
Just a few shots of us on our wedding day :)
During our first year of marriage, a TON of stuff has happened. Trevor finished his senior year at Utah State University and received his Bachelor of Music degree. He plays jazz saxophone and is quite excellent, if I do say so myself :) I was also attending USU, but due to changes in my desired career path, I only have my Associate of Science degree. I am very happy about all the work I was able to get done at USU, and I am excited to finish my education in Virginia in the next year or so.
Graduation Day! May 3rd, 2014
Promptly after graduation, Trevor and I moved to Baltimore Maryland to work for Alterra, a pest control company. Trevor works selling door to door, and I work in the office, filing and entering in paperwork. We have LOVED coming out and working together so far this summer. Though summer sales is a tough gig, we find the happy things about the job, like getting to live really close to D.C., and having a summer filled with friends and good times :) This will be Trevor's second and final year selling. Last summer, before we got married, he was out here with a bunch of single guys selling and working hard for the both of us. I was an EFY counselor, and I miss it every day... (more about that later).
We have been blessed to meet and get along with all of the guys and wives here, especially Braden and Jamie DiCristofano. Braden and Trevor worked together last year, and after we got married, Braden met Jamie and they got married in March! I swear Heavenly Father knew we would need each other this summer. We have had SO much fun hanging out with them and having our own little adventures in the Baltimore and D.C. areas. We have documented a few of these fun times, so I'll add then really quickly (a downside to having to sum everything up in one post!)
Trevor and Braden, being goofs (as usual!)
The Capitol Building! So cool!
Baltimore Harbor, where we ate delicious food!
My husband. So silly. His crab thought he was pretty tasty!
These two are inseparable!
Yummiest seafood EVER! Especially the coconut shrimp! Yum.
First picture with Jamie! Love that girl :)
These two cuties on the Harbor :)
Yeah, we bought the same shirt. We're awesome.
Annnnnddddd as you can see, Jamie and I are inseparable as well hahaha
We took a long weekend and a plane ride over to Utah to be a part of 2 special weddings:
A very long and eventful weekend :) We enjoyed every second of it!
This is not my dog, though sometimes I wish she was! Charley is the CUTEST. Love her :)
We went to Six Flags :)
.....and bought a 'new' car! Introducing Draagon Shadowfax!
And last weekend, we celebrated the 4th of July in a BIG way. We watched the fireworks in front of the Washington Monument, which is right across the way from the Lincoln Memorial. It was soooo much fun and the fireworks were fantastic!
It seemed like all of America was on that field, no joke...
OKAY, now that I have posted some of the pictures from this summer, I think I am as caught up as I will ever be haha. Sorry for the huge first post, but I have to make up for lost time!
More to come later!

This is the original group that saved a huge spot on the grass for the whole Alterra office. If any of you are reading this, you're welcome :)
